It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws before using the Platform.
Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) 7ph Account. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all Balances and Bonus Funds therein.
When registering, Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information including a valid Philippine mobile number. 7ph may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 7ph Account login credentials, including their password and any OTP codes. 7ph will never request your password via live chat, SMS, or email. Any activity conducted through a Player's Account — whether or not authorized by the Player — is the sole responsibility of the registered Account holder. Players must notify 7ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to their Account.
Players must keep their registered Philippine mobile number active and accessible. OTP-based verification is used for sensitive Account actions. Loss of access to the registered number should be reported to 7ph support promptly.
Deposits into a 7ph Account are accepted via the payment methods listed on the Platform cashier page, including but not limited to GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are denominated in Philippine Peso. 7ph does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may apply their own processing charges.
Players may submit withdrawal requests from their available Balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) subject to a minimum withdrawal of ₱200. 7ph processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's name. 7ph reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Depositing funds with no intention of wagering (i.e., using the Platform solely as a money transfer mechanism) is strictly prohibited. 7ph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and report suspicious activity to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; provision of false information; technical security concerns; or regulatory requirements. Upon Account closure for breach, 7ph may withhold all or part of the Account Balance pending investigation. Players wishing to voluntarily close their 7ph Account may do so by contacting support. Real-money Balance remaining in a closed Account (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method after satisfactory identity verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7ph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 7ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except to the extent required by Philippine consumer protection law.
All content on the 7ph Platform — including but not limited to the 7ph name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of 7ph Casino or its licensed content providers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of 7ph Platform content without explicit written consent is strictly prohibited.
7ph's collection, use, and protection of Player personal data is governed by the 7ph Casino Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to 7ph processing your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine Data Privacy Act (Republic Act 10173) requirements.
7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the 7ph Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms must cease using the Platform and contact support to close their Account.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Player's use of the 7ph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players and 7ph agree to first attempt resolution of any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
